The inspiration came from 10 unfulfilled loves in ancient Greek mythology. A team of architects designed the jewelry, following each myth faithfully, giving it an attractive shape. Buy the jewelry set.
Galatea and Polyphemus
Polyphemus, son of Poseidon, was known from Homer’s tale “Odyssey”. He fell in love with a sea nymph called Galatea. Unfortunately, Galatea had only eyes for son of Faunus named Aki. Polyphemus, angry from rejection and jealousy, murdered Aki throwing a rock at him. The gods transformed Aki into a river where Galatea spent hours mourning the loss of her love.
The centre of the design emphasizes the symbol of Cyclops in a circle golden part, separating it from the rocky texture. The two golden circle parts are symbolizing the two protagonists. Both symbols’ philosophy lies in geometrical shapes.

Care and maintenance
All our jewelry is made of 925 Sterling Silver and receives a plating. We plate with white rhodium or 24K yellow gold. All jewelry is designed to last a lifetime. However as with all jewelry, general wear and tear will occur over time. It is therefore very important to care for your pieces and ensure that their beauty will last longer.
It is actually very easy to care and maintain your jewerly as it all depends on how the piece is worn and stored. Below we have some helpful tips for you:
How to wear your Jewelry
Please remove jewelry before going to bed or participating in physical activity and make sure you are not wearing whilst swimming or showering. Avoid any exposure to certain harsh chemicals or environments as it will result in compromising the integrity of your jewelry. This includes, but is not limited to the following: perspiration, perfumes, hair spray, cleaning agents, chlorine and salt water.
How to store your Jewelry
Jewelry should be stored away from natural sunlight and heat. We recommend place them in a protective (lined) jewelry box, a tarnish-resistant pouch or in a plastic zip lock bag made of polyethylene. Never use polyvinyl plastic bags. Do not store your jewelry in the bathroom or any humid spot.
Please note that our boxes are not made for long-term storage as they are not airtight and tarnishing will occur over time.
How to clean your Jewelry
We know how important is to keep the original brilliance of your jewelry, so we recommend you to use a super soft, dry cloth after each wear and carefully remove any make up or skin cream.
WARNING: We do not guarantee that our gold plated jewelry will last forever. Gold plated pieces are, by default, more fragile and liable to lose their color overtime. The speed at which the gold plating fades will depend on multiple variables from chemical products used for skincare, level of perspiration or even your natural skin PH. For this reason, it is particularly important to take special care of your gold plated jewelry.
