Guarantee & Returns
- When you purchase items through our website you have the right to return the item(s) you purchased. You can ask for the replacement of products which are defective or non-compliant with your order.
- It is your statutory right to return your purchase in case you do not like it, or it does not suit your room following contacting and consulting with the company.
- In any of the above cases the customer can either decline to receive the purchase or return the purchase post delivery within a period of 30 calendar days.
- In all cases the products must be returned in an “as new” condition in the original packaging with all the accessories.
- We urge you to contact us before you take any action so that the procedure is done properly, and you have the best possible experience dealing with our company.
- In case your order is not returned within the 30-calendar day period, our company holds the right to decline the return and the replacement of your order. In all cases it is mandatory to contact us and consult with us in advance.
- All the products sold by us are covered by a one to two years performance bond.
- In no case does a product’s guarantee cover damage caused by rough handling, improper use, false electrical connection, different voltage, short circuit, fire, high or low temperature, humidity, weather conditions (lightning, flood, sun exposure etc).
- In case of malfunction due to a defect and provided it is included in the guarantee bond you are charged with the shipping cost to the company whereas the company covers the shipping cost to you.
