In the case of a high ceiling (over three meters) it would be better to install bulky lights (one per 10 square meters). Opt for the large size from the following.
High ceiling
In case the ceiling is very low (under 230cm) it would be advisable to invest in indirect lighting using a table light, a floor light or asconce. Alternatively, you could cut the cord from one of the hanging lights to five cm and, thus, use it as aceiling light fixture. In this case, suitable choices would be items.
